2. Eligibility Criteria

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Habibi. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence or sexual misconduct.
• You will comply with all local, state, and international laws.

3. Account Responsibility

Your Habibi account is identified by your unique Node ID (e.g., #002220002247). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify SJM Labs immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the Habibi ecosystem, users are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading content that is obscene, pornographic, or incites violence to the "/uploads" directory.
• Harassing, bullying, or stalking other users via the Real-Time Messaging Engine.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or "scrapers" to interact with the matching intelligence.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during the verification process.

5. Habibi Gold & Premium Payments

Habibi Gold is a premium subscription service managed by the SJM Labs Treasury.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed at the rate of $19.99 per month (or as displayed in-app).
• No Refunds: All purchases of Habibi Gold are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Settings" menu in the App.

6. Virtual Gifting Policy

Users may purchase virtual gifts (Roses, Diamonds, etc.) using the Habibi Coin system.

Gifts represent a digital expression of interest and hold no real-world monetary value outside of the Habibi platform, except where SJM Labs provides a specific redemption protocol for verified creators.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, matching algorithms, dashboard interfaces, and branding (including the "Habibi" name and "SJM Labs" logo) are the exclusive property of Saud Talal S Al Mutairi. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of the App's source code is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Service

SJM Labs reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account ("Node Purge") at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SJM Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
